We got a cute little barbecue to go in our new driveway, well actually its so little we put it in the closet when we aren't using it! Its inspired my latest menu item, Ronnow Steak House Potatoes! Heres how I make them:
3 - 5 small red potatoes in 1 inch cubes
2 Tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 green onions
1 tsp parsley
1Tbs parmesan
sea salt to taste
garlic salt grinder to taste
Boil potatoes in salt water until just tender
toss with olive oil
add remaining ingredients and toss again
put on cookie sheet separated so they aren't overlapping and broil on low until golden brown with crispy edges!
Here they are with a few of our bbq meals :)
Mmmm that looks yummy! I'm probably going to have to try to make those potatoes because they look delicious. :)
